Start your morning bright and early with us as we kick-off the day with a virtual Run for Hope 5K welcome on our facebook page!
Runners, share your times with us via Strava as part of our Strava club or by emailing Mary@alshopefoundation.org with your times! A photo or screen shot is best if you use a different running App!
10:00 AM Hope Walks for ALS
Time for the Walk! Join us on facebook live at 9:55 AM for a quick Walker Warm-Up followed by the virtual ribbon cutting and a few words from our chairs. Then head-out for a walk! Take your dog along! Or take a bike ride! Or wheel! Complete your walk, your way!
(FYI: There will be a cutest dog competition...judged by a mailman! Post your photos on the ALS Hope Foundation facebook page as a comment in the Cutest Dog Competition post on Sunday to take part!)
11:00 AM Coffee and Conversation Hour
Join other families on Zoom in a coffee hour connection! One of our favorite parts of the Walk for Hope is getting to connect with everyone. This Zoom call gives families the opportunity to see each other and catch up, just as you would in person! The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants.
12:00 Noon Welcome Back and Thank You!
We will be back on facebook live at noon to wrap up the morning events!
You then have the afternoon off to watch football, take part in the scavenger hunt (more information to come!) or complete the Run for Hope or Hope Walks if the morning schedule was too early for you!
6:30 PM Thank You Concert
We are excited to announce that there will be an evening concert at 6:30 PM! We will be back on facebook live with a concert for you to to relax and enjoy, as well as to announce the winners and say Thank You to all of you!
